Our Experts

Christian Solaita spent the last 19 years of military service in the US Army at Fort Liberty, NC. Since joining in 2004, Christian has deployed four times to Iraq in support of Operation Iraq Freedom as an Infantryman with the 82nd Airborne Division. He then deployed to Liberia with the 85th Civil Affairs Brigade in support of Operation United Assistance during the ebola crisis. Christian was also a lead instructor for three years at the Civil Affairs Qualification Course in Fort Liberty, NC. He then worked under the Special Operations Command Africa where he deployed numerous times to the continent to countries such as Mauritania, Senegal, Malawi, Djibouti, Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger. Christian’s deployments and high level positions he held allowed him to grow his network worldwide and gain valuable experiences internationally.

He began his entrepreneurial journey in 2020 while still serving active duty, and has since formed three companies in construction, government contracting, and real estate. Christian is motivated and determined to take the gifts he has been blessed with and grow it exponentially. His passion is to please God and to serve others.

Sarah Solaita is a seasoned Realtor, boasting more than 16 years of expertise in Fayetteville, North Carolina and it’s surrounding cities. Her proficiency extends to new residential construction, remodeling and restoration of single-family residential units, with a remarkable track record of successfully facilitating transactions exceeding $100 million. In the past half-decade, Sarah has consistently ranked among the top 5 real estate agents at Fathom Realty Fayetteville.

Residing in Eastover alongside her husband and two children, Sarah envisions establishing a high-performing team capable of executing over 50 transactions annually. She also harbors ambitious plans to expand their real estate investment portfolio to encompass over 500 units within the next five years.

Sarah’s standout attribute lies in her remarkable capacity to swiftly forge enduring relationships with individuals from all walks of life. Her ultimate goal is to lay the foundation for generational wealth, ensuring financial security for her children and siblings.
